Take 4 capsules daily with food or use as directed by your healthcare professional. May be taken in divided doses if desired. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
As outlined in ‘Dirty Genes’, Dr. Ben Lynch recommends using this supplement based on your need for it, by tuning in to how you feel each day. Start with a partial dose and increase slowly over time to the full dose only if needed. When you start to feel good, reduce or stop supplementation to prevent taking too much and feeling bad. Then take again when you feel you need it (stressful day, traveling, etc), hence “pulsing”.
