Take 1 lozenge daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Lozenge may be broken into smaller pieces if lower dosage is desired. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
Consider using the Pulse Method as outlined by Dr. Ben Lynch. This method recommends using a supplement based on your need for it, by tuning in to how you feel each day. Start out with a partial dose and increase slowly over time to the full dose only if needed. When you start to feel good, reduce or stop supplementation to prevent taking too much and feeling bad. Then take again when you feel you need it (stressful day, traveling, etc), hence “pulsing”.
