Side Effects

Side effects of Optimal PC softgels may include:

• Sweating
• Stomach upset
• Restlessness
• Diarrhea

These side-effects are more likely if the recommended dosage is exceeded, if you are taking too high of a dose when first starting,  or if taken on an empty stomach.
