As a dietary supplement, adults take 6 capsules daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Use the Pulse Method as outlined in Dr. Ben Lynch’s book ‘Dirty Genes’. This method recommends using a supplement based on your need for it, by tuning in to how you feel each day. Start out with a partial dose and increase slowly over time to the full dose only if needed. When you start to feel good, reduce or stop supplementation to prevent taking too much and feeling bad. Then take again when you feel you need it (stressful day, traveling, etc), hence “pulsing”. Consider taking the product in divided doses throughout the day, such 2 capsules with breakfast, 2 with lunch, and 2 with a mid-afternoon snack. You may not need the full 6 capsule dose. Avoid taking within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
If you struggle to swallow capsules, they may be pulled apart and sprinkled on food or in juice.
