Take 1 capsule with food or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
Always use the Pulse Method as outlined by Dr. Ben Lynch. This method recommends using a supplement based on your need for it, by tuning in to how you feel each day. When you start to feel good, reduce or stop supplementation to prevent taking too much and feeling bad. Then take again when you feel you need it (stressful day, traveling, etc), hence “pulsing”.
