Contact Support at 800-547-9812 (M-F 7am-5pm PST) or email@example.com with your order number to retrieve your tube ID so that you can activate your kit. We may ask you to confirm some details about your order to verify your identity. We will then email the tube ID to the email address used to purchase the test kit. You will then need to create an account at secure.strategene.me/activate. Once you have registered your account, log in to secure.strategene.me. Click the green “Activate kit” button in the upper right corner of the screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your kit using the tube ID that was emailed to you by Support.
