For best results, place one lozenge in mouth upon waking and away from food by at least 2 hours. May also be taken on an empty stomach before or during exercise. Take as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
Always use the Pulse Method as outlined in Dr. Ben Lynch’s book ‘Dirty Genes’. This method recommends using a supplement based on your need for it, by tuning in to how you feel each day. Start out with a partial dose and increase slowly over time to the full dose only if needed. When you start to feel good, reduce or stop supplementation to prevent taking too much and feeling bad. Then take again when you feel you need it (stressful day, traveling, etc), hence “pulsing”.
