Take 1 capsule, as needed, just prior to consuming high histamine foods or drinks. Or, take away from food if wanting to support healthy histamine levels in the digestive tract.† Use as directed by your healthcare professional.
Do not take Histamine Block without food or drink, or with low histamine foods or drinks, unless:
- you know that your microbiome is producing histamine
- you have inflammatory processes found in your small intestine, colon, kidneys, appendix, placenta, prostate which may contribute to high histamine levels.
Do not take Histamine Block and knowingly eat foods you are allergic to—it will not prevent allergic reactions.
Dr. Ben Lynch recommends using this supplement based on your need for it, by tuning in to how you feel each day. When you start to feel good, reduce or stop supplementation to prevent leaning on Histamine Block and not addressing the root cause of your histamine excess. Then take again when you feel you need it (i.e. high histamine meals or an especially stressful day), hence “pulsing”.
