Take 1 capsule no more than 15 minutes before the consumption of histamine-rich foods or drinks, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not take Histamine Block and knowingly eat foods you are allergic to—it will not prevent allergic reactions.
As outlined in ‘Dirty Genes’, Dr. Ben Lynch recommends using this supplement based on your need for it, by tuning in to how you feel each day. When you start to feel good, reduce or stop supplementation to prevent leaning on Histamine Block and not addressing the root cause of your histamine excess. Then take again when you feel you need it (i.e. high histamine meals or an especially stressful day), hence “pulsing”.
