As a dietary supplement, take 6 capsules daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Many children do not need the full 6 capsules dose, especially if younger. If you are taking the full 6 capsules dose, consider taking the product in divided doses throughout the day, such as 3 capsules with breakfast and 3 with lunch. Avoid taking within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
Always use the Pulse Method as outlined by Dr. Ben Lynch. This method recommends using a supplement based on your need for it, by tuning in to how you feel each day. Start out with a partial dose and increase slowly over time to the full dose only if needed. When you start to feel good, reduce or stop supplementation to prevent taking too much and feeling bad. Then take again when you feel you need it (stressful day, traveling, etc), hence “pulsing”.
