Take one capsule any time of day with or without food or as directed by your healthcare professional. Dr. Lynch recommends taking this product in the evening after dinner. If constipation occurs, discontinue until symptoms resolve. Capsules may be pulled apart and nutrients taken separately (take with food if this is the case).
Consider following the Pulse Method as outlined by Dr. Ben Lynch. This method recommends using a supplement based on your need for it, by tuning in to how you feel each day. Start with a partial dose and increase slowly over time to the full dose only if needed. When you start to feel good, reduce or stop supplementation to prevent taking too much and feeling bad. Then take again when you feel you need it (stressful day, traveling, etc), hence “pulsing”.
