You can work with your health professional to develop protocols and targeted actions for your health. For example, by finding your lab markers on the poster, you can look and see why the lab markers are low, normal, or high. Then you (or your doctor) can take action on the genes which contribute to the lab markers. For example, if one has high homocysteine, you or your doctor can draw an up arrow next to homocysteine on the poster. Then you can look at each gene that impacts homocysteine - one by one - and in detail. You will then see what slows or speeds up the genes and what nutrients you need. Then plan what steps to take and act on them. In a month or so, retest your homocysteine and see if your or your health professional's targeted actions worked.
