Calcium folinate is the calcium salt of folinic acid. Thus the terms "folinic acid" and "calcium folinate" can be used interchangeably. It is worth noting, however, that there are other mineral salt forms of folinic acid as well, such as sodium folinate.
Calcium folate can refer either to calcium folinate (folinic acid, calcium salt), or to the calcium salt of methylfolate (marketed as Metafolin® or "L-5-methylfolate, calcium salt"; or "calcium methylfolate"). This is because folate is the broad term for all types of vitamin B9, whether its methylated or non-methylated.
