Can you delete my DNA data once you are done processing my report?

We do not have an option to "opt-in" or "opt-out" of genetic DNA data storage because it is a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) requirement to have a sample stored for one year and information stored for two years. However, after this required time, your information will be deleted.
